Instructions for Use
- Before use: Shake the resin bottle before use. Clean the resin tank and the molding platform to ensure proper light transmission.
- During use: Add resin to the resin tank according to the equipment requirements. Select the appropriate print parameters and settings.
- After use: Use tools such as a blade, pliers, and tweezers for post-processing. Clean the printed models with ethanol or isopropyl alcohol (≥95%).
- Post-processing steps:
- Remove the printed model from the molding platform using a blade.
- Submerge the model in cleaning solution and rinse or wash ultrasonically, then drain it.
- Use Anycubic Wash and Cure machines for better results.
- Perform proper post-processing, such as removing supports, polishing, or coloring.
Wastewater Disposal
- Do not discharge wastewater directly into the sewer to avoid contaminating groundwater.
- Heat the wastewater to evaporate most of the water and discard the residue after curing using a curing machine or sunlight.
Precautions
- Storage: Store uncured resin in a cool, dark place at room temperature, and protect it from light.
- Operating Temperature: Suggested operating temperature is 18-35°C. Preheat the resin if necessary (up to 60°C).
- Ensure the model is removed from the cleaning solution promptly to avoid excessive soaking.
- Post-cure the model as soon as possible after cleaning and drying for optimal mechanical properties.
- Control light exposure during curing to prevent over-curing.
- Light Source Intensity: Use a mercury or LED light source with an intensity of 5-10mW/m² and limit exposure to 1 hour.
- Do not expose the resin to strong light sources for prolonged periods.
